Who We Are

Hi there! We are Jarvis & Kortney Worton. We grew up in the Mountain West and following college moved to Texas. Jarvis worked in the construction industry for several large general contractors and engineering firms as a construction technology expert and field engineer. Kortney spent her time in the Lone Star State in the dental field until they started their family.
She then took on the role of mom and lord of the house to 3 wonderful boys and just recently a baby girl. We returned home to Wyoming in 2020 and started our digital agency Cowboy Grit Consulting to help small business owners leverage technology in the digital space. We are excited by the prospect of working with you and helping your own company “Grow with Grit.”
